Fire Chief

Bart J. Chambers elected Chief of Weston Fire Department

On behalf of the men and women of Weston Fire and Rescue I would like to welcome you to our website.

Weston Fire and Rescue is an independent entity separate from the City of Weston and has a proud tradition of delivering outstanding and courteous service. Members of the department spend hundreds of hours every year learning and practicing the latest techniques and refreshing existing skills.

Our first priority is to respond to the needs of our citizens in a professional and expeditious manner.

Every member of the department is dedicated to providing the best possible service.  The department is an “all-hazard” response agency. Our members are trained, equipped and dedicated to providing outstanding emergency medical, fire, hazardous materials, technical rescue, natural and man-made disaster response.

Thanks to the support of the Fire Board the department is becoming well equipped and prepared to respond to all emergencies.

The department has long worked hand-and-hand with our membership to accomplish departmental goals and objectives.

Lastly, I am proud of the fact that we consider ourselves an integral part of the Weston Community and the unincorporated area of Collin County in which we serve. Members of the department spend countless hours volunteering in the community. It is our sense of community that enables us to respond to community needs with empathy and compassion.

Giving back to the community is our way of saying thanks; If I can ever be of service, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Thank you for allowing us to serve an amazing community.
